Update - Over the last week, we have continued to closely monitor BuildPro emails and based on our research and stats, emails to suppliers are being delivered and most failures are to just 1 of the email recipients while the rest of the emails in the distribution list are successfully delivered. In order to be more clear on the alert page, we have put in some urgent enhancements to help with the email alerts. We have updated the failed alert message to be more user friendly as well as expanded the text box, so that users can now see all of the email addresses that the email was sent to. In rare cases where the email recipient list in the inspections module was over 50, we have reduced those failures as well.
We will continue to monitor all emails again this week.
In the meantime, please contact Support if you hear of any suppliers not receiving BuildPro emails.

Update - Over the past few days, we have resolved most of the issues with our Amazon email service. Emails should now be flowing correctly, and we continue to closely monitor all email traffic.
We have also updated our email environment to ensure that all valid email addresses can receive BuildPro emails. However, we discovered that the Failed Notification Alert page was incorrectly reporting many messages as failed when they were actually delivered successfully. We believe that this is now corrected as well, but are still in final validation to ensure all truly failed messages are marked with the appropriate email error.
In the meantime, please contact Support if you hear of any suppliers not receiving BuildPro emails.
Thank you for your patience as we finalize these improvements.

Monitoring - We have successfully migrated our email servers to Amazon Web Services Simple Email Service (AWS SES). This transition represents a significant upgrade to our email infrastructure. AWS SES implements more stringent email sending controls compared to our previous system. While this may seem like a constraint, these enhanced controls are designed to protect both our sender and receiver reputation and ensure optimal deliverability rates. To ensure seamless email operations we are closely monitoring our account-specific suppression list to identify and address any issues before they escalate to AWS's global suppression list.
