Friday February 21st, we will migrate the Supply Chain databases.

Friday March 14th, we’ll migrate common databases that connect all applications. During these outages, all BuildPro and SupplyPro applications will be offline, and users cannot log in.

Builders, please HOLD ALL INTEGRATION FILES during these outages. Migrations will begin at 8PM Central Time and expected downtime is 4 hours. Once we are back up and running, we will send an email to confirm.

We appreciate your patience during these outages as we continue to improve the Hyphen Solutions network.

Monitoring - Hyphen Solutions will be completing our migration of BuildPro and SupplyPro to AWS over the next three months, finishing by the end of January 2025. In preparation, please take note of the following information:

Your Timeline
Hyphen will reach out to each Builder who has their own environment with a two-week notice for your planned AWS migration date(s) and expected downtime.
Migrations will take place during our normally scheduled maintenance windows, beginning at 8:00pm Central Time.

Immediate Action
Ensure that you are subscribed to our Status Page for real-time updates if you haven’t already.
Please reach out to your IT team to find out if you are currently whitelisting Hyphen IP Addresses. Please reach out to your IT department as soon as possible. Hyphen cannot determine if you are whitelisting us, so please reach out to your IT department and have them check if you are whitelisting Hyphen Solutions.
After you have verified with your IT department that you are whitelisting us, please email support@ihyphen.com for information on what to update, so service is not impacted post-migration.

Once Builder migrations are complete, there will be one final outage during the SupplyPro migration to AWS, in which everyone will experience minor downtime. We will be in touch in advance of this migration window as well.

Scheduled - We will be undergoing maintenance to upgrade our Aruba 3810M switch (HQCORE01). This will affect HQ users as well as user who have logged in via HQ-VPN and traffic between the data center and Internet. With similar upgrades in the past, we were down for only 10 minutes maximum. We expect to see the same results. The users will experience a brief outage as the switches reboot to come up on the new firmware. We apologize for any inconvenience this maintenance may cause.
