Investigating - We are investigating an issue affecting Chameleon visualizers that allow users to upload their own images. As a precaution, the image upload feature on these visualizers may be unavailable or return errors while our team works on the issue. Visualizers without an image upload feature are not affected, and all other Hyphen services are operating normally. We will post an update as soon as we have more information. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Scheduled - Over the next few months, we will be migrating the Document Management infrastructure that supports BuildPro and SupplyPro to improve performance, reliability, and scalability. This migration will occur in phases, with the first phase beginning Wednesday, April 15 at 8:00 PM CT.

Phase 2 Scheduled for April 29 at 8:00 PM.

No downtime is expected during this work. BuildPro and SupplyPro should remain available throughout the migration.

We will post updates here on the status page as future migration phases are scheduled.

Scheduled - Over the past year, our team has been planning the migration of the HomeFront Sales platform from its current hosting provider to Amazon Web Services (AWS). This move strengthens the reliability, performance, and security of HomeFront Sales and positions the platform for future growth.

During the maintenance window, users may be unable to log in or access HomeFront Sales. Please save any work in progress and sign out before the window begins. No action is required on your part. Your data, settings, and login credentials will carry over unchanged, and you can continue using HomeFront Sales at the same web address once the work is complete.

We will post updates here when maintenance begins, if there are any changes to the schedule, and when the migration is complete. If you have questions or experience issues after the maintenance window, please contact our support team.
